Yes. The villa can be booked in full for exclusive, private use (sleeps up to 20 guests), or you can book an individual boutique suite.

A Brisal Escape Day Escape gives you use of all the villa amenities for the day — pool, heated jacuzzi, fire pit, games, gardens and more — per person, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You are welcome to bring your own fully prepared food and beverages, or add the Dominican BBQ Feast and our team does the cooking.

Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. After that: a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund if you cancel 7–30 days before check-in, and no refund for cancellations within 7 days of check-in.

Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. After that: a 75% refund if you cancel at least 15 days before check-in, and no refund for cancellations within 14 days of check-in. Suites open for booking about 30 days ahead.

Brisal Escape experiences are non-refundable. Once your reservation is confirmed we immediately block the calendar for those dates and turn away other guests and services, so we are unable to offer refunds.

Our pricing is all-inclusive — the price you see already includes taxes and fees, with no card surcharge. Overnight stays can be booked and paid securely online. Day experiences, add-on services and the spa are arranged after you send a request: we confirm availability first, then share payment details. We accept cash, bank transfer, Zelle, Visa and Mastercard. Gratuity is not included in any Brisal price and is always at your discretion.

The villa sleeps up to 20 guests. The nightly rate covers up to 16; guests 17–20 are US$20 per person per night, added automatically when you book online. Infants under 2 years do not count toward the limit.

The Canary, Cardinal and Bluebird suites sleep 2 guests. The Ibis Family and Flamingo Grand suites sleep up to 4, and the Parrot Suite up to 3 — their rates cover 2 guests, and each additional guest is US$15 per person per night. Infants under 2 years stay free.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM — the same for the whole villa and for individual suites. Guaranteed early check-in (from 11:00 AM) and late check-out (until 4:00 PM) can be added to your stay for US$125 each, subject to availability.

Yes — there is step-free access from the parking area, and the Ibis Family Suite is wheelchair accessible with its own private bathroom. Tell us your needs when you book and we will make sure everything is ready for you.

No 4x4 needed. The road to Brisal is fully paved all the way to the property.

The property has an inverter system, so essentials keep running during a power cut.

Yes — drinking water is provided for guests.

Yes. Brisal is fully gated, with camera surveillance covering the outdoor areas, security bars, and an overnight keeper who stays on the premises.

No — pets are not allowed anywhere on the premises.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only, in uncovered areas. It is not allowed indoors or under any roofed space.
