Brisal Mountain Retreat respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use this website and what happens to it.
What we collect
- Booking details — your name, email, phone, dates and guest count when you reserve a stay or request an experience.
- Messages — anything you write in our contact, Enhance Your Stay or Brisal Escape request forms.
- Check-in documents — the rental agreement, guest registration and any identification required to confirm a reservation.
- Website usage — anonymous statistics about pages visited, used to understand which pages are helpful.
Who it is shared with
We do not sell your information, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing. To run the booking process we rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Beds24 — our reservation system, which handles availability and bookings for overnight stays.
- Stripe — our payment processor, which handles card payments securely; we never see or store your card number.
- Web3Forms — delivers the website's contact and request forms to our email inbox.
- Google — Google Analytics and Google Ads measure how the site performs and whether our advertising works. These use cookies.
- Our own team — the staff who prepare and host your stay.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Reservation and check-in records are kept only as long as needed for your stay and for the legal and accounting periods that follow. Documents and identification are used solely to confirm your reservation and are stored securely.
